Cape Eastern Livestock in association with Buiatrica Farming are proud to have completed a Successful Trip to Tanzania. His Excellency Jakaya Kikwete the President of Tanzania commissioned us to Procure and Supply him with 147 Jersey Heifers & 3 Jersey Bulls. This was our 2nd Load to His Excellency, First had been done some 2 years ago! The 150 Jersey’s arrived safely after 9 Days of Road Traveling from the Eastern Cape, South Africa to Tanzania where they were offloaded at Musoga. We must complement the Transporters on a Job well done! The Jersey,s travelled extremely well, they were well fed and watered on route! We truly have the best team for the job! In my 20 years of Livestock Marketing & Procurement I have never seen animals travel that distance by road and look as good as they did. It was as if they had just changed paddocks! Well done Guys!!
